A first immersion into Hungarian wine and food, guided by a local community celebrity from the unique Wekerle estate of Budapest, Fábián Willmann. Operating a specialty wine store and restaurant Post Balaton, he has almost never sold me twice the same type of wine in the last 15 years. Hope to see him in person, but certainly his selection of hidden treasures of Hungarian wine. A four-course dinner with five matching wines.
